Animated Scroll "Outline" spell #171
Description
A scroll-customization spell.
Adds an outline to the scroll, so it looks like a normal scroll but with the wiggly animated ink
(when i first made an animated scroll i was confused as to why the ink was so... thin, and at first thought it was a bug because "it's supposed to look cooler, right?" i think it'd be nice to have a way to add an outline or thicker lines so it looks like one of the normal scrolls)
