invalid options aren't filtered out of Azure remote repo picker

There are indeed no repos under that org and project, I don't think we'd be able to list just orgs and projects that do have repos though for performance reasons.

That is correct. What we need to do there is:

1. Have a better experience showing that there are not repositories in the team project
2. Provide the user with a mechanism to go back and pick another team project
