Can't pick a project

After signing into Azure from Azure AI Toolkit I get the same empty dropdown (I passed all steps of choosing my identity on the popup window):

trying to disable Global Secure Access I get this error now:

Hi @guybartal , it looks like you failed to sign in to Azure in VS Code. Could you try the sign-in command in Azure sidebar?

Sign in from Azure extension works, I think the issue is that ai toolkit picks the first tenant connected to my account, while Azure provides way to choose first which tenant from a list, the first tenant might be disabled already, and you cannot choose another one.
