Major Bugs Support

Hi,

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the hard work for the creator kit it's great!

For major bugs/issues is there any SLA that is adhered to in order to boost my/customers confidence with using this kit in a production environment ?

In the past with the COE kit there was a issue #533 that stopped me from being able to use the COE theming kit and in the end I went with alternative solution as it took some time for the issue to fixed and included in the next release.
