Auto HTTP span is parent of manual instrumented span

Auto HTTP span is parent of manual instrumented span. Different behavior comparing with A365 SDK. Might impact how the span display.

We need more details for this issue, what are you expecting? ,manual span to be the parent? this is the expected scenario in OpenTelemetry perspective, we are changing defaults so no HTTP is turned on by default when a365 is only scenario enabled, but this will continue to happen if HTTP instrumentation is on

A365 Exporter should filtering out HTTP Spans now after #75 we ported A365 code that filter those out microsoft/Agent365-nodejs#240 feel free to reopen the issue if you still have this problem
