Might be worth adding a note that if you are using a managed environment for this course. The default Sharing setting (Edit Managed Environments -> Manage Sharing -> Power Automate -> Solution-aware cloud flows : unticked) will stop you adding the tool and display a generic failed message.

Fix:
In Power Platform Admin Center -> Mange -> Environments -> Your environment -> Edit Managed Environments -> Manage Sharing -> Power Automate -> Solution-aware cloud flows : Tick the box and save.
