Key Learnings and Takeaways
This was an excellent pathway to get hands-on experience with Topics, Adaptive Cards, Agent Flows and Triggers. While I knew the basics of Copilot Studio, this is one of the best learning materials I have come across on the topic. The lessons are very well laid out and easy to follow. Usually I can't read through long articles or tutorials, but this was an exception!
Challenges Faced
One of the challenges was to use the Conversational Experience to build my agent in Mission 6. With the recent updates I could not go through a guided conversation experience to build my agent. Copilot Studio ended up building my agent from the very first prompt itself instead of asking me for a confirmation or follow-up questions. I had to do some of the configuration manually for that reason on the Agent Overview screen.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I am very satisfied with the content and happier about the fact that I was able to finish a learning pathway from start to finish and in sequence! It was great learning, and I am excited to apply these skills in my work projects.
