📝As you know there is a program named "Stardock Fences". It keeps tidy my desktop. It creates fences on desktop as grids and you can put your files or documents in fences. Actually the idea of the start menu is as same as fences. In start menu we have fences too but, can not add on the desktop.

We can use it for tidying desktop and reach the folder or docs faster.

This is already tracked in #1392
