Description of the new feature / enhancement

It really bugs me that I can't use my normal touchpad gestures in the PowerToys UI. And the scrollbars are comically slim. Please, please, please make the UI easier to use by following standard Windows conventions. No more customized scrollbars. And enable touchpad gestures. Please!

Scenario when this would be used?

All the time while looking through the app and its feature areas.
