Description of the new feature / enhancement

For a long time I have been using Stardock Fences, in an unethical way, but necessary to organize my icons according to my workflow with Windows, a faster way to access files with their folder shortcuts, so I don't fill the desktop with documents. In recent years I opted for a free solution called iTop Easy Desktop, which works similarly, perhaps a little less than Fences and with functions that I don't use, but this program is free because it gives me advertising notifications for their other products, that's where I pay the price of free.
Being PowerToys one of the most useful suites of tools that I have known for Windows, I consider that they need an organizer of desktop icons and access to folders and files, why not, put a widget on the desktop as a device monitor like CoreTemp.
I would love to see an update addressing the Windows desktop.

Scenario when this would be used?

The scenario where I will use it? Well, I always use it, but I would love to not have 2 utility programs installed, a function like organizing desktop icons would be good to add to the set of tools that PowerToys has. I long to uninstall iTop Easy desktop one day because I feel that it is invasive, that there is something underneath.
