Just saw there was an update after submitting the issue, thanks. For future reference one of my displays is occasionally disconnected/reconnected, so that might have contributed to the issue. |

Steps to reproduce
Occurred during normal pc operation, with ~3 days uptime.
All my 3 displays suddenly went black and flashed ~5 times; when images were briefly displayed during flashes it looked like all windows were being redrawn.
After ~15 seconds everything went back to normal and the PowerToys error window popped up.
