Description of the new feature / enhancement

Similar to the desktop on the mobile phone, multiple software shortcuts/files are put into a folder, and the folder icon displays the icon of the software/file

Scenario when this would be used?

It is used when desktop software is plentiful and desktop Windows are plentiful
