@petertijsma from the logs I can assume that the packages for the dependency apps are symbols-only. That means that you can compile against them, but you cannot publish and them. Technically, you can publish them, but then you hit that error. See #1714 (comment) for more details. |

Well, you cannot simply download an appsource app. These apps have protected IP, so you cannot install them locally, on a container.
If you have access to the app packages (not only symbols), you can use installApps settings to pull them during your build.
The fix we will be working on is to enable publishing and running tests on sandbox environments, where app source apps can be installed without an issue.
