migration of 'Tools-Microbiome-Analysis' web resource to OMA

@antagomir as per our last conversation, here is the proposal to initiate the migration of information from the 'Tools-Microbiome-Analysis' webpage to OMA.
At the moment, the link to the resource is provided in section 33.1.3.2 of OMA. Would it be okay to transfer it entirely to OMA? If yes, is there a specific location that will be prefered?
Alternatively, the repository can be moved to https://github.com/microbiome/Tools-Microbiome-Analysis ?

Sounds OK to me.

One thing to decide before we conclude about the transfer is the purpose and scope of this.

Many of those listed methods are not supporting the (Tree)SummarizedExperiment / MultiAssayExperiment framework (i.e. they use phyloseq or more generic data structures), whereas OMA is exclusively about TreeSE/MAE.

Pros:

• Those other methods can still be useful for many users and conversions between formats are available.
• The list can serve a broad community of developers and users

Cons:

• Potentially more maintenance effort (albeit this could rather minimal for an existing list)
• We could categorize the methods by the type of data structures they support but this would easily get outdated

One alternative way to achieve something like this would be to use CRAN/Bioconductor package tags (e.g. TaskViews) but that should be implemented as well..

This PR adds the tool list as an appendix: #866

The listing could be improved by

1. Merging it with existing list
2. Add citations
3. Add whether the package is (Tree)SE-based, i.e., directly compatible with OMA
4. Add also other ecosystems (such as scikit-bio) to give broader overview
