Profiles must be saved on initial login

The reg. flow passes users to profile update upon initial login to prompt people to make updates. However, those updates are actually optional and sometimes people don't make changes. The button to save does not enable unless a change has been made and no one can get past that initial screen until they have saved something there.

Fix the flow.
