[Bug]: Extra --- added automatically on card

Describe the bug

When I write --- on the title of a card, automatically turns to the following:

---

A set of two dashed lines with a blank line in between, which renders as a blank title

Expected Behavior

When I write --- it should not add anything else, and stay just like that, which normally renders as a line

Steps to reproduce

Create a card and on the title write ---

Relevant errors (if available)
