sounds like the current tag is not used but rather the downloaded binary

first attempt: metalbear-co/mirrord-vscode#75 we now provide a video for every run

removing quotes around GITHUB_PATH: metalbear-co/mirrord-vscode#77

per the changes made in metalbear-co/mirrord-intellij#180 where we now check if the tag is greater than or equal to, this should work now
