Additional Context

Seems to be mostly limited to rak4631 but it also crashed with one node using thora-v2-1-1p6 hardware. Seems to be limited to limited to nodes running fairly recent firmware (greater than 2.5.)

I've experienced the same issue with both a Heltec-V3 and also a Wio Tracker L1 pro connected to the web client running 2.6.11. Appears to not be an issue in the lasted stable version (before the serial connection dies and Bluetooth doesn't work in stable for me.)
