`customObjectClassesCustomObjectsPartialUpdate` does not work for Salesforce

The public docs used to include a PATCH call for custom objects (and explicitly called out Salesforce as a working integration for that endpoint, despite it not being implemented 😬).

It looks like its been removed from the docs, but is still on the node client and should be removed to avoid confusion.
