Make the web-server database-capable for caching

Situation

We need to enhance the web-server to be database-capable and use the database as a cache for the web-ui SPA to reduce load on the SecHub server.

Wanted

Local database with test data for local web-ui and web-server development and testing.

Solution

1. Integrate Hibernate into project
2. Configure the database connection using environment variables
3. Add Flyway to manage database migrations

• Create a user table and necessary relations using Flyway
• Develop an initialization script with default data, activated by a profile
• Enable the H2 database for testing purposes via a profile

4. Ensure seamless integration with PostgreSQL across Dev, Int, and Prod environments
