Questions about draft-13

This project is amazing, and I have benefited a lot from it, really appreciate it!

So for the next steps, I have some questions I want to ask:

1. Do we have a plan to get the full support for draft-13?
2. And if you have, do you have an ETA for it?
3. What do you think about the support for draft-13?

Hi @laiDisney! Great to hear that the project is helpful for you! I already started work on draft-13 in #235 and #238, but I have to check how much else is left to do. I hope to finish it before the next interop event of the MoQ working group in late September.

We really appreciate your hard work. I prefer to use golang version of MoQ over Rust.

Hi @mengelbart, I see the PRs #235 and #238 have been merged, but it looks like the work left hasn't been finished for draft-13. What's your plan?
