The Form Source and/or inputs data from Task sections need to be expanded to include additional available fields.

For tasks with appliesTo: 'reports', several fields are automatically supplied as inputs to new reports created from that task's actions:

  • source: "task"
  • source_id: The _id of the report that triggered the task
  • task_id: The _id of the actual task, itself

Further investigation is needed to determine what fields are available for reports triggered by tasks with appliesTo: 'contacts'.
