[BUG] - Section for Steps Doesnt Place Cursor in Field & Backspacing Recipe 'Step' Section Drops out of Section Creation

• I searched the Mealie documentation, with the integrated search.
• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.
• This issue can be replicated on the demo site (https://demo.mealie.io/).

What is the issue you are experiencing?

When editing a recipe and adding a 'Section' to a Step, it doesnt look like the mouse/keyboard cursor automatically enters the Section Textbox, so you have to manually click it to start typing, adding an extra step.

On the second part of this, if you backspace to remove what you had typed, it drops out of the editor entirely and you need to go back to Toggle it back on.

This may be by design, but feels like it shouldn't happen. Sometimes I want to rename it from what I initially thought (Filling > Make the Filling) and it's a slight annoyance when it closes.

And likely more of a Feature Request - Would it possible to have 'Sections' as their own element and NOT linked to a step? If I re-order steps, the Section moves along with it. It would be nice to have an 'Insert Section' button (perhaps a little plus button inbetween each step that lets you add a Section, Header, Step, etc) and then you would be able to drag & drop the section on its own, not linked to a step. Again, that's more of a feature request and I could open a new Discussion for that if needed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a recipe
2. Edit a recipe
3. Scroll to the steps
4. Toggle a section / header on a step
5. Click to type in section name (Part of Issue)
6. Type 'Test'
7. Backspace 'Test' (Second part of issue)
8. Section header now disappears.
