Reply to comments

It would be nice to have some sort of mechanism for replying directly to a specific comment. A couple of different ways to do this:

a) Have the reply comment "nested" somehow (maybe indented?) under the original comment
b) Populate the comment field with the original comment inside some sort of tag, and it would be styled differently when rendered (maybe a grey background or something). Something like this:
