Since the new spec also added support for 1 color argument, the original wording does make sense, but it is confusing. Another option could be to change the description of the other row to "color-mix() with exactly two color arguments"
It would also be nice if there was documentation within the article explaining the difference in support between two arguments and one or more than two arguments.
It is unclear what use there could be for taking only one color, so a description of what happens in that case would be useful.
