This error floods the log file until the PC crashes

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04, as of now I've tried multiple kernels with the same result:

• 4.6.4
• 4.4.15
• 4.4.0

Seems to happen randomly.

Error happens even if I don't have the ethernet cable connected :-|

Now I just blacklisted the module.
