[Feature Request] Rulers and grids

add rulers to the top and left side of the canvas for easy locating and centering of text in boxes
toggleable grid to aid the locating of text in boxes to center text when dragging, alt/ctrl/shift/user defined

snapping when rotating text boxes at every 45 degrees would be a great addition, too
