You mean to save the directory in state so that you don't have to choose it from scratch every time? This is actually a planned feature, will work on it when I get around to it. If you implement it I am happy to accept a PR, I would use this module if I were you, should be pretty simple: https://github.com/jerry1100/electron-browser-storage
