Set resticargs from config file

I would love to set resticargs in the config file.

The profile purposely only includes repository-specific info. What would be the advantage of having resticargs in the config? The args are usually command-specific.

Could you provide a few use cases?

my use case is setting the storage class for a s3 remote backup location.
i havent used other resticargs and did not realise the problem with setting them for all commands,
