As shown in the image above, the format of the parameter TIME is wrong since I did not input it the same as in the User Guide. It appears that there is no written exceptions for incorrect parameter format and the team is assuming that all parameter input will follow the User Guide exactly. I think it will be better to write an exception for incorrect format of parameters.
