Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For the whole thing to actually be useful, the users need a way to actually manage the server.

As a first pass, this includes:

  1. adding/removing banned words
  2. changing/resetting banned words
  3. putting the bot to sleep
  4. updating the timeout
