Optional disabling/restriction of commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At least one group of users uses the bot as a word-guessing game, which is kind of ruined by being able to use !vt to find out the banned words.

Describe the solution you'd like
It might be handy if admins had a way to disable such commands, or limit them to only admins.
