Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The stock message, seen below, doesn't fit my discord's vibe, I wish I could change it.
@mathemagician referenced a forbidden word, setting its counter back to 0. I'll wait 1 hour, 10 minutes, and 35 seconds before warning you for this word again. The server went 3 seconds without mentioning the forbidden word 'test'.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a user, I'd like to be able to give the bot specific callout messages to post.
I should be able to specify whether the message is a global option, or tied to a specific ban or channel.
I should be able to use parameters for relevant things: e.g.: {1} for the word that triggered the message, {2} for the user who triggered the message, and {3} for how long the server went before triggering the bot (this should be required).
The bot should randomly choose between all its available messages when triggered. Maybe there should be a way to specify if a ban should use the global messages or not?
