Collect Telemetry

As an administrator of the bot, I'd like to be able to easily gather useful information about the bot, such as: what words are being banned, what servers are most active, how often the bot is triggered on a server, etc...

Some kind of dashboard I can access to parse through this data would be incredible, but requires setting up a proper API for the bot first.
