Hi,
I would like to make it possible to configure ICE servers using environment variables.

Currently, I have already configured some settings via environment variables (e.g., MM_CALLS_MAX_PARTICIPANTS). However, it seems that configuration through the system console is not possible when other settings are already managed via environment variables.

Therefore, I propose adding an environment variable, such as MM_CALLS_ICESERVERCONFIGS, to enable this functionality.
