Describe the bug
I opened a project, went to settings and turned Tool Result Error notifications on, and I started getting tool result errors for projects that weren't in my opened project, as well as tool calls that happened before I turned on the notification / opened the project.
To Reproduce
- Open project with deep conversation history and 1 active session
- Enable tool result error notification
- Get notifications without doing anything
Expected behavior
Only send notifications for new errors.
