How do you update the progress?

How do you update the progress? I'm hoping to use this for a 15 second timeout, where the value updates each second around the circle. Thanks!

What about reading the README file? The binding occurs with the complete attribute which is a value between 0 and 1.0... change that value and the progress gets updated.
