New Icon for UUITK-gallery app

Hi, I have created a new icon for the UUITK app

It contains many unfixed edges, and I got the base icon from the flaticon website

this repo is just a copy of the uuitk gallery within the uuitk so that it can be in the openstore, so i wouldn't make changes like that here
