good job! 👏
here are some improvements:
- on wide screen here is white spaces
- make sure that you are using right font
- add hover effects there
- placeholder is missed
- it's better to use some contrast color for dark bg
- tablet and mobile views looks broken
- please implement menu opening on clicking this button
