Let's make the Core Values more explicit

A friend of mine who wishes to remain anon said:

I read your Core Values doc. Here's my two cents. Do whatever you want with these suggestions.
Assuming these are company values, then suggest making that more explicit.
5 and 6 are great just as is
The others are too vague or too open to interpretation the way you've worded them.
For example #2 in combination with #1 can be so loosely interpreted and so complex as to confuse people. Everyone will interpret the values their own way anyway.
Instead suggest keeping it simple.
For example:
Quality: What we do, we do well.
Honesty and Integrity: Stand behind your words and actions.
