nightly build not working

nightly build is not working (.exe) windows 10 https://github.com/master-of-zen/Av1an/releases/tag/latest
The latest stable (0.4.2) doesn't provide a compiled version for windows https://github.com/master-of-zen/Av1an/releases/tag/0.4.2
The 0.4.0 works

If there is a page for instructions on how to build the executable from source, I would like to try it. Thank you

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but not working, unless a specific version or build is required

are you using ffmpeg shared build? ffmpeg needs to be a shared build

Try running vspipe --version to see if that works. That should show if it's a VS error (usual culprit in these cases) or something else.

Looking at the event viewer will also usually show the exact error in this situation, where nothing is printed to the command line.
