inotify discriptor turns to -1

So I have uncovered a potential bug in the inotify api. I have a program that monitors certain directories for changes with inotify and I wrote a quick bash script that creates 100000 files with the name x and then deletes it. And after around 19000 events, +- 600 the watchdiscriptor for inotify turns into -1. this wouldnt come up in real world usage I think, but still, i wanted to inform you.

inotify 启动函数不能保证进程被注册，导致测试用例中：
start(self()),
io:format("Open the port and receive a file descriptor... "),
{ok, F} = open(),
如果没有 io:format 就会出现错误，start函数应该保证这一点
