Thank you for sharing this excellent AudioCapture project! The implementation of per-process audio capture is exactly what I need for my prototype.

I noticed the project states "provided as-is for educational and personal use" but doesn't specify a standard open-source license (MIT, Apache, etc.).

Could you clarify:

1. Can I use parts of the code (AudioCapture, ProcessEnumerator classes) in my own project?
2. Is commercial use allowed, or is it strictly educational/personal?
3. Would you consider adding an explicit license (e.g., MIT) to make the terms clearer?

I'm currently building a Windows audio recording tool and would love to reference your work properly.
