Capture everything except certain processes?

I'd like to see a feature where you could specify a mode that captures all processes except certain ones which you check. Audio from those processes is excluded. That way, for example, if I knew I were going to be playing around in several apps, I could exclude NVDA, TweeseCake, Silenzio, and KeyOp, and capture everything else to their own files.

This is a great suggestion. I'd also be in favor of a dedicated setting or mode that accomplishes this.
