[BUG] Scaler ghosting image

In some situations, the image switches to a ghosting image. I don't know how I can reproduce it, but simply switching off the device by remote doesn't help. I need to pull off the PSU to fix it. I didn't see the issue before version 0.75.

Only the scaler is affected; the line doubler mode works well.

Had this happen today when testing PS5 via VGA input and it happened in both 720p and 1080p inputs.
Not sure if I restarted OSSC or not but I definitely used line multiplier mode for a while and later switched to scaler and this issue was gone.
