It's highly likely that this ticket will depend on completion of #137

The above error was resolved with marklogic-community/marklogic-unit-test#86. There may still be other issues, but the above error message turned out to be a gradle configuration issue.

Fixed the gradle configuration.
All the test past in ML 10 apart from caseactivity-patch.xqy. It will be worked on a separate ticket- Remove dependency on docmodupd #137
