Can only stream with lgnc and alsa but got terrible stuttering

Bug Description

For me Moonlight only works with lgnc and alsa, but even so both video and audio streams are stuttering constantly like every half second. I can switch to SMP, but:

• If h265 and HDR are enabled, starting a stream results in an infinite loading screen on Moonlight. Sunshine gives a notification indicating the stream started, but after ~20s shows "stream paused".
• If I disable either HDR only or both (H265 + HDR). starting a stream crashes Moonlight to my TV homepage.
• Any other video or audio option reverts back to lgnc and alsa.

Expected Behavior

My goal is to stream with HDR, I've always had HDR enabled on my PC, and I know my TV can do HDR (I can watch HDR on YouTube and even stream HDR movies directly from my PC). I tested with Moonlight on Android and got everything running smoothly with HDR at 1080p and maximum 120 fps.

Your TV has incompatible hardware. So LGNC decoder is the only working one at this moment.
