chat design for qb-core

Don't replace the entire folder, just copy the files and paste in your chat folder.

Download the default chat of cfx from here - https://github.com/citizenfx/cfx-server-data If you have the color error

attempt to index a nil value ( field 'color')

Just go to the script that uses 'chat:addMessage' and add the color field.

Change color of the border

New qb-core uses chat:addMessage trigger,

  color = {255, 0, 0}, <-- here 
  multiline = true,

})

For the old just go to the index.css
