No luck here either on a Pi zero 2, flashed using RPI Imager. The pi boots but moves to a slow blinking LED within 5 seconds and nothing more. No wifi, no SSH, nothing |

Worked fine for me on Pi zero 2W. Did you complete the uncomment/edit the config file and add that first? |
