Integrating Omics Visualizer with Cytoscape.js #9

Hello,
I am currently using Cytoscape.js in my web application and came across your Omics Visualizer project, which looks fantastic! I was wondering if there is any possibility of implementing Omics Visualizer functionality directly into a Cytoscape.js-based script for web applications.
I noticed that the plugin is designed as a .jar file for the desktop version of Cytoscape. However, I would like to know if there is any way to adapt parts of your project, such as the implementation of color-coded halos or outlines around nodes, for a web-based context using Cytoscape.js.
If direct integration is not possible, do you have any suggestions or examples for replicating similar functionality in a web environment?
